What it costs, in full.

One price for everything. The only choice is how often you pay it.

Two ways to pay

The same software either way.

Choose how you would like to pay

Minimum 3 people on either plan, which makes the smallest bill $36 for a year, or $6 a month.

The figures

Three numbers, and that is the whole of it.

Costs $1.00 per user

On a yearly plan. Half the price of the monthly plan. And a fraction of the price of other apps.

Smallest company billed 3 people

Only a minimum of 3 people to start off.

To sign up $0.00

No setup charge, no contract, and no card to leave with us to find out whether it suits you.

Against the rest

Twenty-five people, for a year.

The same 25 people, priced the way each kind of system prices them. Ours is exact, because it is ours. The others are based on ranges, not any one product's bill — we are not going to put a competitor's invoice on our own site and ask you to take our word for it.

Compared Per year
HRStuff $1.00 per person, per month — leave, claims and payslips
$300
Other budget HR apps about $3 to $6 per person, per month for all of it
$900 – $1,800Potential savings$600 – $1,500
A mid-range system $8 to $20 per person, per month
$2,400 – $6,000Potential savings$2,100 – $5,700
An international system $15 to $30 per person, per month, and setting it up commonly adds 30% to 150% in the first year
$4,500 – $9,000Potential savings$4,200 – $8,700
$0$3,000$6,000$9,000
What a year costs for 25 people. The lighter part of the bar is the rest of that market's range.

The cheap ones start where we start. The difference is what a dollar buys: theirs is one thing, and having the rest costs about three times as much. Ours is one price with all of it already on, and it stays one price when you want the next thing.

Nothing else is metered: not how many payslips you publish, not how many rules you write, not how many leave requests your staff put in.

While we are new

These are where the prices start.

$1 paid yearly and $2 paid monthly are our introductory prices, and they hold until the end of 2026. We would rather say that here than have you find it out from a bill.

How the bill works

Counted the way you would count it yourself.

Per person, not per company

Every person on your list costs the same, whatever they use. There is no seat that costs more because somebody opens payroll rather than leave.

When somebody leaves

They come off the list straight away, and off the bill from the following month. Their records and their published payslips stay exactly where they are.

Three is the floor

Below three people the bill stops falling, on either plan. A company of one and a company of three pay the same, which is the one place the price is not strictly per person.

Your own currency

Each company sets the currency it works in, and every figure it sees is in that currency. A company in Kuala Lumpur is not reading Singapore dollars.

Run one month of your own payroll this afternoon.

Create your company, bring your staff list in from a spreadsheet, and check a month against your real figures before you decide anything.

Figures shown on this page are an example. Statutory rates must be verified against your own authority before your first payroll run.
