Contact HRStuff before you sign in

Send a general enquiry from the public Contact page and keep your message when a field needs correcting.

What this guide helps you do

The public Contact page is for somebody who is not signed in: a prospective customer, a person with an account-access problem, or anyone with a general question. It does not require an HRStuff company or login.

HRStuff stores each public enquiry in its support inbox and may also forward it to the support email address. Replies are sent to the email address entered on the form, so check it before sending.

Open the public Contact page

  1. Choose Contact in the public website header

You can also go directly to /contact while signed out. If you are already signed in, the same address opens the in-app Contact Us page instead.

  2. Read the introduction before sending

The form is for product, suitability, migration and general questions. If email is more convenient, the page also lists info@hrstuff.io.

Complete the four fields

  • Your name is required and may contain up to 80 characters.

  • Email is required and must look like a valid email address. HRStuff has no other way to answer a signed-out visitor.

  • Company is optional. Add it when your question depends on your company’s size, location or trial or evaluation.

  • Your message is required and may contain up to 4,000 characters. State the question early, then add the context needed to answer it.

Correct a field without losing your message

  • If a required value is missing or the email address is not valid, HRStuff returns the same page, highlights the relevant field and restores every value you entered.

  • If several enquiries are sent from the same internet connection within one hour, the page may ask you to wait. Your current message stays on screen, and the page confirms that earlier messages were received.

  • After a successful submission, HRStuff redirects to a fresh Contact page with a thank-you message. Refreshing that page does not send the enquiry again.

Understand how the reply arrives

  • Allow one working day for a reply. HRStuff is a small team and answers during its own working hours.

  • A public enquiry does not create a Support Inbox that the visitor can reopen. HRStuff answers using the email address supplied.

  • HRStuff uses your email address only to answer your enquiry. It does not add you to a mailing list or use the address for an unsolicited sales call.

  • Do not include a password, verification code, private employee record or payroll file. HRStuff support never needs a password in a contact message.
